The Consumer segment provides mobile and broadband services to individual customers. As for mobile communication services, the company provides mobile communication services under the ''SoftBank'', ''Y! mobile'' and ''LINE mobile'' brands, and sells mobile handsets such as mobile phones and tablets. As for broadband services, the company provides Internet services such as SoftBank hikari, and sells and rents related in-home equipment. The corporate business is engaged in the following businesses for corporate customers: mobile communications services, voice and fixed-line telephone services, data transmission and dedicated services, telecommunications consulting and construction for telecommunications carriers and general contractors, leasing and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, housing, data center business, and sales and rental of telecommunications equipment. |
