The Air Water Group is primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of industrial gas-related products and commodities, chemical-related products and commodities, medical-related products and commodities, energy-related products and commodities, agricultural and food-related products and commodities, logistics-related services, and the manufacture and sale of other products and commodities. The company has seven divisions. The Industrial Gas segment manufactures and sells industrial gases (e.g., oxygen, nitrogen, and argon), installs high-pressure gas-related equipment, and manufactures and installs gas generators. The Chemical Division manufactures and sells basic chemicals and fine chemicals. The medical care business manufactures and sells oxygen, nitrogen and other medical gases, as well as various types of medical equipment and hospital facility construction. The energy-related business sells petroleum products such as liquefied petroleum (LP) gas and kerosene. The agriculture and food-related business is the wholesaling and processing of fruit and vegetables, the production and sale of frozen foods and processed meat products, as well as commissioned production of soft drinks. |
