The company operates in three business segments: Contact Center business, which provides services that support client companies' marketing activities, such as responding to clients via telephone, email, and the Web, in non-face-to-face meetings. The Contact Center segment provides support for client companies' marketing activities, including non-face-to-face customer support via telephone, email, and the Internet. The Back Office segment provides data entry and processing services, as well as support services for client companies' back-office departments, such as general affairs and human resources. The Field Operations segment supports clients' customer relations, marketing research, and research activities using face-to-face interaction, such as at stores and onsite visits. |
