The Fuji Housing Group is primarily engaged in housing for sale, housing distribution, land use, leasing and management, and custom-built housing. The company operates through five business segments. In this segment, the company sells freestanding new detached houses and condominiums in Osaka and surrounding areas. The Housing & Real Estate segment is engaged in the sale of existing homes and real estate brokerage services in and around Osaka Prefecture. In this segment, in order to make effective use of idle land and other land in Osaka and the surrounding areas, the Company takes orders for proposals to build rental condominiums and apartments, detached houses for rent, and rental housing for the elderly with services, and sells single-family apartments for sale to individual investors. In the leasing and management business segment, the Company owns its own rental properties in Osaka and the surrounding areas, and leases apartments and other properties under contract. The company is also engaged in real estate sales and real estate management associated with construction contracts. The Custom-Built Houses segment is engaged in the construction of custom-built detached houses in and around Osaka Prefecture. |
